Medical review standard
Doctor-Led Medical Review Standards
Our clinical review standard explains how Stem Cells Center Malaysia approaches regenerative medicine enquiries: with structured records, doctor-led suitability review, safety checks, realistic expectations, and clear patient education.
Why This Standard Matters
Stem cell therapy, exosome therapy, and advanced regenerative protocols are not simple retail products. Patients may arrive with diabetes, autism spectrum concerns, kidney disease, osteoarthritis, longevity goals, cancer-related questions, or complex medical histories. A responsible clinic must review the person, not just the condition name.
1. Medical History First
We start with diagnosis, symptoms, medications, allergies, previous treatments, recent reports, and the patient’s goals.
2. Suitability And Risk
The team considers contraindications, active infection, unstable medical conditions, cancer history, immune concerns, and missing investigations.
3. Evidence-Aware Discussion
Patients should understand what evidence suggests, what remains uncertain, and why outcomes cannot be guaranteed.
4. Product And Process Clarity
Patients should be able to ask about cell source, processing, screening, quality controls, administration route, and follow-up.
5. Doctor-Led Planning
AI can help organize records, but doctors guide suitability, safety, and treatment direction.
6. Follow-Up Support
International and local patients should have a pathway for follow-up questions after consultation or treatment.
What We Ask Patients To Prepare
- Current diagnosis and main symptoms.
- Recent blood tests and imaging where available.
- Medication, supplement, and allergy list.
- Specialist letters, hospital notes, and previous treatment records.
- Specific goals: symptom support, wellness, functional improvement, travel planning, or second opinion.
Our Safety Position
Not every patient is suitable for regenerative medicine. A responsible review may advise further testing, conventional medical optimization, specialist review, delayed treatment, or no treatment. This protects patients and helps prevent unrealistic expectations.
How The Clinical Intelligence Platform Supports Review
The Clinical Intelligence Platform helps structure patient information before a clinical conversation. It is not a diagnostic tool and does not replace medical judgement. It helps the team begin from a clearer view of the patient.
